One platform for the whole school corporation. Starting from applications, it links student management, HR, enrollment and accounting into shared infrastructure where people and AI work together.
Compass
The admissions module of chinichi-OS. It manages applications from international and domestic students across multiple schools and programs in one system, with AI assisting on document checks and communication.
Why technology, in education?
Education is work done by people. That is exactly why we use technology — to give people room for the work only people can do.
Recruitment, applications, enrollment records: much of a school's time disappears into paper, spreadsheets and repetitive administration. Having run schools ourselves, we know how much that costs. So we don't stop at advice from the outside. We build the systems ourselves and stay until they work. Giving teachers and staff back the time to face their students — that is why we founded XY.
Compass is already
running schools.
Compass runs in daily operations at schools operated within our education group — Haba Gakuen, Hirai Gakuen and SGG Gaigo Gakuin. At one of these schools, application processing for about 440 applicants is now handled by 1–2 staff members instead of 6–8.
