Partner with XY Group
For study-abroad agents and schools that send students to Japan. Our group schools welcome new partners, and our own systems make every application easy to follow.
Built for the agents
who send students to Japan
Several schools, one partner
Our group includes Japanese language schools and vocational colleges. Work with one contact and match each student with the right school.
A clear path in Japan
Students can move from a Japanese language school to a vocational college or university, and on to a job — with career support from CCC, our group's licensed job placement company.
Online applications in Japanese and English
Students apply through Compass, our own application system, in Japanese or English — no paper forms to send back and forth.
Every application tracked by agent
Compass records which agent each application came from, so we can give you clear, reliable status updates for your students.
Experienced with the visa process
Our schools prepare the Certificate of Eligibility application with Japan's Immigration Services Agency for admitted students coming from abroad.
Partnership terms by agreement
Partnership terms are agreed individually with each agent. Contact us and we will walk you through them.
