XY Group runs schools and career support for international students in Japan. XY, K.K. sits at its core: it builds the technology every group business runs on, and brings what works there to schools beyond the group.
Schools and career support for international students
More than 4,000 international students a year study at the group's Japanese language schools and vocational colleges, and CCC — licensed for worker dispatch and job placement — helps them start careers in Japan. Every day, the group is also a real-world proving ground for our technology.
Systems for the whole group, and beyond it
XY, K.K. builds and runs the systems for every group business and leads its AI transformation (AX) and digital transformation (DX). What works becomes product — Compass, our student application and management system, and chinichi-OS — offered with our AI implementation work to educational institutions beyond the group.

School software
Compass is live, and the other chinichi-OS modules follow. Pricing depends on the number of schools, enrollment size and modules chosen.
AI implementation
Workflow automation, RAG, LLM tuning and on-premise AI, delivered with a Forward Deployed Engineering approach.
chinichi-OS, module by module
chinichi-OS connects every part of running a school corporation. Modules roll out in phases, starting with admissions.

XY, K.K. is the parent company of SGG Gaigo Gakuin (100% subsidiary). Chinichi and CCC are affiliated companies owned by our CEO, and Haba Gakuen and Hirai Gakuen are educational corporations he chairs.
Iken Setsu, Representative Director & CEO
A graduate of Keio University with a master's degree from the University of Tokyo, and formerly at Recruit Co., Ltd. He has worked in international education since 2012, chairs an educational corporation, and personally leads XY's AI and product development.
