Starting from applications, it connects student management, HR, enrollment and accounting, with the goal of becoming education infrastructure where people and AI work together. The idea of an operating platform for school corporations
Applications, student management, HR, enrollment and accounting. Rather than splitting school operations across separate tools, we bring them together on one platform. That is the idea behind chinichi-OS.
At many educational institutions, each task has its own tool or spreadsheet, the same information is entered again and again, and data ends up fragmented. chinichi-OS connects everything from the first application through enrollment and graduation in a single flow, removes double entry for staff, and turns operational records into data management can use. AI handles routine work in the background, so people can focus on the decisions only they should make.
Five connected areas, from applications to accounting.
Each area is a module that can be adopted in phases. The applications module (Compass) is live today, and the other modules are rolling out in turn.
Applications module: Compass
Manages applications from international and domestic students across multiple schools and programs in one system, with AI assisting on document checks and communication. Student management, HR, enrollment and accounting
Enrollment records, grades and attendance; time records and contracts for teachers and staff; residence status and status changes; tuition and payments. Starting from the data collected at the application stage, we are extending the platform across school operations.
